Jade | a hair color and extension studio requires at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a fee of 50% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. Missed appointments without notice will result in a fee of 100% of the cost of scheduled services to the card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be required to sacrifice portions of your service or reschedule the appointment. Of course we understand that unavoidable circumstances happen, and in the event of an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you. We value our time and ask for the same respect in valuing ours.
